Molly Gladwell is just 17 years of age and enjoyed a breakthrough season with AFC Bournemouth across 2022/23.
Having signed from AFC Stoneham at the start of that campaign, she initially played her football with the club's development squad, allowing her to grow and learn as a player.
At the turn of the year, she was promoted to Steve Cuss' first team after a string of impressive performances, going on to make her full debut in January 2023.
A standout moment came against Exeter City, who topped the table at the time of their visit in February, as Gladwell scored an 89th minute winner in the 2-1 victory.
She ended her first season in women's football by lifting the Hampshire Cup, as the Cherries won the competition for the first time in history.
2023/24 started in perfect fashion, with Gladwell netting a brace in the 13-0 opening day win over Selsey.
